REAL is seeking to appoint a contractor to develop and deliver a proficiency testing (PT) programme for REAL approved laboratories under the Biofertiliser Certification Scheme (BCS) and Compost Certification Scheme (CCS). Specifically, the PT programme is limited to scheme specific methods – compost stability, residual biogas potential, plant response and, physical contaminants.
