An exciting opportunity to be involved in organics recycling - REAL is Hiring

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Research Hub Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CCS and BCS Research Hub. Reporting to the Head of Certification Schemes, you will work within the Certification Schemes team at REAL. If you think you are well organized, have good attention to detail and enjoy working independently and within a team please do get in touch.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage all aspects of the Research Hub including setting up and being a guardian of the Hub’s processes, developing the Hub’s papers and maintaining the Research Hub web site.
  • Provide the secretariat for the Research Panel and the individual Project Management Teams including setting agendas and writing up minutes from meetings.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and funders including through presenting the Research Hub at CCS and BCS Producers’ Fora and producing newsletters, press release and annual reports as appropriate. Write articles for the industry magazines.

We are offering this role on a one-year contract which is extendable. The salary is in the region of £25,000 per annum, with 25 days’ paid holiday.
