REAL have recently revised the CCS decision-making tree. The decision tree, displayed within the attached document, enables Scheme participants to identify their initial point of contact for Scheme-related enquiries. The tree has been updated to include the procedure for dealing with specific technical queries.
If you have an enquiry about PAS or the Scheme, please utilise the decision tree to determine which individual or organisation is best to address your query.
