Please find below the November 2018 CCS members update email. We reminded operators about the tighter limit for total plastic in compost required by SEPA from 1st December for end-of-waste status (66% of the current PAS 100 limit) and we reminded everyone that from 1st January, all operators must comply with PAS 100:2018 and will be audited against this new version. We also provided a short update from the recent meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). We informed everyone that at this meeting, we discussed the interpretation of several PAS 100:2018 clauses as raised at the CCS Producers' Forum, capitation fees for 2019, potential work for the Market Development Working Group, and the CCS Scheme Rules. More news on the Scheme Rules to follow.
